meet bob

we headed out to the children's museum while we were with grandma and found this exhibit. it was a blast.....mom and grandma could hardly get me out of here. i decided that bob is pretty fun- and i may be willing to watch an episode or two in between thomas episodes. i said maybe....

a visit to grandma and grandpa's

we visited grandma and grandpa h. this weekend and had a blast. minus a flu bug and an unplanned funeral we couldn't have had a better weekend. we had great weather, fabulous food at all my fav restraunts around the area and lots of fun. and next weekend grandma and grandpa k. are coming our way. we love grandparents!!

she may be outgrowing this shirt....

i suppose compared to her brother she is a little peanut- but she's almost tripled her birth weight at a mere 5 mos- so i think slowly but surely she's becoming my "big" peanut. either way we're lovin every minute with this peanut.

i love a sweet chunky baby- especially when it's my baby and i can take picture after picture after picture of her.... i may have gone a little overboard. but- oh well right- what else is there to do when big brother is napping??

i found my toes....finally- after months of searching!

this little gal has been trying and trying to get those tootsies in her mouth....and today she finally succeeded. finally. and she loves those toes. sometimes the toes get tangled with the fingers- but lets face it- as long as there is an appendage in her mouth she's good to go.

happy day after the superbowl! it was a fun time at my parents house as we watched the game, as well as that fun little mid-game movie preview. we couldn't get noah to wear the glasses but ainsley loved them.

this doctor (next to me) is amazing. this doctor is going to change a lot of people's lives. this doctor is the reason ains was born how she was. this doctor has taught me more in one year than i have learned in the last 5 as a nurse. this doctor will be missed greatly by many. thank you tami for everything- we are missing you already- keep in touch!

23.365- helping make lunch. now we help with all meals. should have thought about that before i started this little trend!

just a few updates

25.365- (i'm cheating on this one) for some reason 1/25 came and went and i took no pictures! i know- you are all surprised. we were in the car most of the day heading back from ia and i think i just forgot. but the pic is worthy of a spot. so there it is. and since it's my project i can change the rules as i need too..... right?

31.365- still no haircut..... we're learning to deal. i almost had to buy some no more tangles though

girls weekend!

ains and i headed to des moines for a "girls weekend"- well girls and babies. we had a blast with everyone- thanks for having us mcknight family! the babies played, we caught up (finally!) and had a great weekend. somehow we missed erin and baby beckham in the mix of pics?? it was great to see you gals!
